For this exhibition, 35 academics and students from a diverse range of disciplines across the university were invited to write on a selected work from the Victoria University of Wellington Art Collection, drawing on their research and fields of interest.

These essays were published in an exhibition catalogue, each offering an engaging, informative and sometimes deeply personal interpretation of the work.
